I am experiencing difficulties logging in.

- Must be 8 to 16 characters long.
- Must have 1 or more UPPERCASE letters.
- Must have 1 or more lowercase letters
- Must have 1 or more numbers
Solutions:
#1 Attempt to remember the password you created for App Plumber.
#2 Click on “Forgot Password” to initiate a password reset.
Problem: Profile is not verified.

This email address has not been verified. An email containing a verification link will be sent to this address. Please click on this link to confirm that this email address is yours.
If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Trash folders.
Solution:
#1 Please open your email application and click on the verification link that has been sent to this email address.
#2 Please recheck your email after 5 minutes and don't forget to look in your spam and trash folders as well.
#3 Reach out to your email service provider and request them to unblock the emails.
#4 Submit a support ticket.

►I am having trouble resetting my password.

Problem: Account not found.

Please ensure that you have accurately entered your email address and that it is the one you used to register. If the email address is entered correctly and you still experience issues, it's possible that you haven't registered for App Plumber with this email address.
Solutions:
#1 Click on “Create a Profile” to register this email address.
#2 Consider trying one of your alternative email addresses.
Problem: OTP not received

When you request a password reset OTP, it is sent to the entered email address. If you don't receive this email within 5 minutes, please check your spam or trash folders.
Solution:
#1 Open your email application and locate the OTP sent to the specified email address.
#2 Please recheck your email after 5 minutes, and also inspect your spam and trash folders.
#3 Reach out to your Email Service Provider and request them to unblock the emails.
Problem: I already have an OTP.

If you already have an OTP, there is no need to request a new one. You can select “Already have an OTP?” to input your OTP. However, if the OTP has been used already or is expired, you will need to request a new one.
Solution:
#1 To input an OTP that you have previously received via email, select “Already have an OTP?”
#2 Alternatively, you can request a new OTP.
Problem: OTP not working
OTPs will stay valid until one of the following happens:
1. The OTP expires (after 5 hours)
2. The OTP has been used already (valid for 1 use only).
3. A new OTP has been requested.
Additionally, the OTP might not work due to cache issues.
Solution:
#1 Utilize the most recent OTP sent to your email.
#2 Allow 1-2 minutes for the cache to clear.
#3 If needed, request a new OTP and attempt again.
#4 If issues persist, submit a support ticket.

A profile has already been registered with this email address.
Solutions:
#1 Attempt to log in using this email address.
#2 Click on “Forgot Password” to initiate a password reset.
